In connection with the upcoming obligation to use the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), Polish fintech Sparados has announced a groundbreaking innovation - it is the first in the country to integrate its expense management platform with KSeF, significantly simplifying invoicing and reporting processes for enterprises.
Sparados not only facilitates the management of company expenses, but also becomes a key partner in the smooth transition of Polish enterprises to mandatory e-invoicing.
The company, previously known for providing virtual payment cards and an advanced real-time transaction tracking panel, uses KSeF to automatically download invoices and instantly link them to corresponding transactions.
The key benefits for customers resulting from this implementation are:
- No more searching for invoices - the finance department no longer has to contact employees about missing documents. Sparados automatically downloads e-invoices from KSeF and matches them to the transaction based on key data (date, gross value, seller data).
- Minimization of errors and automation - in the absence of automatic matching, the administrator can link the document to the transaction with one click.
- Transparency for employees - Sparados card users can immediately see the KSeF status for each transaction in the application ("KSeF Auto Matched"), verifying compliance with the expense thanks to the visible KSeF ID and the name of the contractor.
- Faster monthly close - the accounting department receives a single, comprehensive monthly statement in XLSX/CSV format, which includes all transactions, related KSeF IDs, invoice numbers and complete information from the e-invoice system. The file is ready for immediate import into any financial and accounting system.
