The Made in Wroclaw 2024 event, which took place on October 24 in Wroclaw and brought together the environment of startups, funds, universities, and many international business partners, is one of the most important events of the year in this ecosystem.
It is a well-thought-out combination of businesses, also from outside Poland, with the support of the city authorities and academic centers.
This conference showed how many startup projects are created in Lower Silesia, and how creative and brave young people we have. Enthusiasm, a sense of the subject in adjusting the project to market circumstances, courage in pivoting, thinking about the customer, etc. - this is the absolute minimum that can be said about the thinking of startup founders who had the opportunity to present themselves this year at Made in Wrocław. And this is regardless of the market area in which they operate, and these were medtechs, industry or ecology, many of them with a strongly impactful approach to the market.
We definitely feel part of the Lower Silesian startup and fund ecosystem, which is why WP2 Investments could not miss it.
This year, during the event, we were able to deepen a.o. topics such as:
- energy, digital and logistics revolution in the development of the modern economy,
- development of language models - AI,
- The role of community and collaboration in driving innovation, etc.
Made in Wroclaw is also an opportunity for international networking, time not only to observe the startup market, but also to clash thoughts, observe trends or a lot of substantive knowledge.
