What is the biggest advantage of working in a fund?
For me, the biggest advantage of working in WP2 is the opportunity to work with experienced professionals on a variety of tasks and projects. Their skills, enthusiasm and creativity inspire me to constantly develop and take on new challenges.
What professional areas does working at WP2 Investments develop for you?
First of all, I think it is worth starting with the fact that working at WP SQUARE allowed me to better understand the material during my studies and vice versa, i.e. the knowledge from my studies helps me in new challenges at work. So if there is a student who reads this and wonders if it is worth combining work in the profession with studies, my answer is that it is definitely worth it, although sometimes it is hard. In addition, working at WP2 definitely allowed me to develop in the area of finance and more administrative aspects of the company's operation. It is also worth mentioning that working at WP2 has definitely developed my knowledge and skills about the functioning of the company as a whole, understanding why certain things are important, as well as what impact my work has on the company.
How can portfolio companies benefit from your competencies and ideas?
I think I can advise companies on matters related to mapping and improving business processes as well as data analysis and processing. So if the need arises, feel free to contact me, I will be happy to help as much as I can with my available time and skills.
What interesting things do you do outside of work?
Work-Study-Life Balance...
And seriously, outside of work, I love swimming, playing board games and bridge, as well as grand-strategy computer games, plus of course I like to meet friends and have intriguing discussions. I am also an active member of the Project Management Group scientific club, where together with other students passionate about project management, we develop together and have fun on various projects.
