Wellbee, an online psychotherapy platform, the development of which we had the pleasure to support and be a proud shareholder of several percent, is going to the Benefit Systems SA group.
This is the third exit in our three-year history!
Wellbee is probably the largest online psychotherapy platform in Poland, cooperating with over 300 psychotherapists.
We appeared in Wellbbee's shareholding structure as WP2 Investments over two years ago - says Wojciech Pysiewicz, the fund manager - and in cooperation with this startup everything worked. A model company and model cooperation - perfectly matched founders, a complementary duo of founders and managers of the company, in which Darek Milewski is a process-oriented person, and Paweł Chrzan is a born start-up.
Other factors contributing to success include a perfect fit with the customer's needs and the readiness of the market for such a service. It appeared in accordance with a new trend - in the post-pandemic reality, which brought openness and readiness for this type of work with the client, built a new awareness of the employee market, but also contributed to an increase in demand for services supporting the wellbeing of employees.
In addition, Wellbee has incredible traction with linear, repeatable, several years of business growth. It was a project destined for success!
The Wellbee startup was also a perfect fit for WP2 Investments' portfolio, as the impact investing sector is one of the three pillars of our operations, along with fintechs and energy transition.
