At the fund, Aleks is responsible for capital relations. On a daily basis, he focuses on finding and acquiring capital partnerships, both in Poland and in foreign markets. From the beginning of his professional life, he has been present in the technology and VC market. He got to know it both from the VC side, being part of the bValue fund team, then moving to the startup side, getting involved in the development of an Austrian startup on the Polish market. After selling the project to a strategic investor, he returned to the finance world - first at Hermes Capital, and then at the Tech Invest department at Santander Investment Banking, where he was responsible for acquiring financial partnerships, investor relations and company analysis.
