Olek is the CFO of the fund. He uses his knowledge to coordinate the fund's financial topics and WP SQUARE's venture-building projects. In addition, as part of the ScaleUP support program, he helps portfolio companies in the fields of finance, controlling and accounting. He gained experience in consulting (EY – audit and advisory) and in the banking sector, where he spent over 10 years, carrying out his work both in Poland and in the international structures of the Santander Group in Spain and China. In the course of his professional career, he obtained the qualifications of a statutory auditor and an ACCA Fellow.
