Marzena joined the fund in 2024, where she is responsible for project management and process optimization. She supports the team in implementing renewable energy initiatives, combining technical knowledge with effective management skills. She has over 20 years of experience in sales management, building lasting relationships with key clients, and creating sales strategies in the banking sector. She has worked for EFL SA, Santander Consumer Bank, and Santander Bank Polska, among others, gaining expert knowledge in the area of finance and business development.
